No line inside collar or make up as always wore scarf in neck to protect fabric. Hobbs quality is superb. Has Burberry style navy check lining that offers warmth and structure to coat shape. This is longer than their Saskia trench , so presents a more stylish look and more versatile. I love it, but just too big for me sadly, hence selling. This really is a fabulous bargain
